My mom forced me to join her on a grocery shopping adventure. I really hate grocery shopping, but after going to this place I came up with some ideas for a future photo-shoot I want to do - now only to find a way to photograph with lights inside!

The Modern Wing

Went on a trip downtown to visit the modern wing at the Art Institute of Chicago today. We got there at 4 and the museum was closing at 5 so we did a quick preview. Over all I only found a few photographs that I actually liked, but found it annoying that they were difficult to see due to glare grrrr. Anyways, I was glad to see a Jeff Wall piece still there I really liked when they had his worked exhibited before. It wasnt my favorite of his, but still nice to see.

After the museum we took a walk over to Pizano's Pizza and Pasta. So good! had a meatball sub, couldn't finish it but it was great!

Charlie Stop Being Crazy, or better yet Here Come the Run-ons

(Actually this has nothing to do at all with Charlie)

So this is my third attempt at a blog. The problem being before a lack of effort on my part. Anyways, this time around I hope to share goals I have in mind for myself, how I plan on accomplishing them, and the process involved, not to mention my creative endeavors along with some of my life learned lessons.

A few months back I made a hefty to do list for myself pertaining to my school, work, creative, social, finical and personal goals with day, week, monthly, and yearly deadlines. I am proud to say that I was able to stay on task with many of these goals - however I think that putting them to a more public view will force me to stay on task a bit more and to be held more accountable for what I say I am going to do - well thats the plan at least.

That being said to days goal is to catch up on some photos that I have been neglecting for a few months (for shame sarah, for shame!)

The abbreviation: FML is the most annoying thing I've ever seen - I know I use LOL, WTF and the like, but for some reason FML makes me want to gouge someone's eyes out. Just sayin.

Serious Business

Sooooo there are really annoying people who misuse the studios at school and have a habit of destroying the paper in the Photo Studio. It needed to be cut (especially the white) and the first idea we had was to make outlines of our bodies on it, but at the time I was to lazy to go downstairs and get a sharpie. So, we did the next most logical thing and made a giant paper airplane out of it! We work hard and take our job seriously! Honest :)
